For years I've walked two paths that have always felt connected to me: teaching and wellness. Alongside my yoga journey — which began in 2023 with a teacher training in Lisbon, followed by Yin Yoga specializations in Sintra and Bali — I've been deepening my practice in massage therapy, learning to work with the body through touch as much as through movement.YouGa was born from this meeting point: slow, mindful practices for people who truly need to pause.
